I've looked at his auctions a few times and some of the subject matter really does tempt me to buy one of his kits to see what the quality is like. The trouble is that I can't begin to afford to buy everything that I'd like to that he has and I already have too many projects. I also know that it is really easy to sink a fair bit of time and cash into one styrene kit and resins are only more time consuming and expensive to build and do a decent job on. But, having said that, there's some really desirable models on his auctions IMHO.
