I wasn't sure whether I should continue this thread, or start a new one, since the 32s project includes both new builds and re-builds. Obviously, I decided to continue... The one new build is one of the older kits in this group. I was after a mint unbuilt kit for years, and stumbled on this one, accidently, while looking for something else. The chassis and wheels are done, the engine's almost done. As usual, I'm having trouble deciding on a color. Another of the group is another old "black kit", this time being rebuilt as a lakes car. When I mocked it up, I found out the front engine dress (generator, water pumps and pulleys, etc) were too high to clear the hood. I'm thinking about swapping in a modified "banger". The early releases of this kit included the parts to do the center steer set-up that I needed to resemble the Weesner drawing that inspired this build. Inspiration: The kit: Mocking it up- needs a bit of bodywork! Tom
